  Rude G4S employee who opens the door, be prepared to be growled at. Not a friendly place.

  Excellent service and if you are using the 4 hour express service there is an amazing cafe called the rest which serves up the best full monty breakfast in Newport ,,, can't be missed

  The Durham HM Passport Office is a disgrace. I submitted my application in march and it is now August. They asked for proof of me being entitled to hold a British passport, I did so nicely. My family tree goes back almost five generations of being British right into slavery. Both my parents are British however my siblings and I were born overseas. It is now results day for my a levels two A*s and a B. I now have to miss out on my first choice university because I will fail to register and obtain student finance because my original passport in invalid and I have failed to obtain a renewal. Thank you ever so much HM passport office Durham :) ruined my summer. My Uni place will be terminated when you eventually send my documents back to me with no refund. Please help me
