  Excellent service. Really professional staff from entrance to the desk. Very efficient turnaround and got my passport in 3 days. A well run operation where everyone knows what they are doing.

  Fast and quick service by so kind staff working here. No much expected delay. Staffs are very friendly. The place situated is so nice and easy to find location. Bring your documents after checked twice. Ask the staff if you have any questions about the procedures involved. Bon voyage...!!!!!!!!

  Hi I had a great experience after my daughter s x my passport were misplayed, for a good few month's; we thought indefinitely. However my daughter s has reemerged, mine hasn't. My question is, can my daughter reopen the oldest now we have located it? My own I'm worried about too. Jojo Georgian X

  Gotta say, I heard it's pretty slow here - but they were on it! Waiting for the four hours to pass time in a Spoons nearby and had to review em. Short waits, good staff, my photo wasn't on point so £6 for new passport photos - they have photo booths in the building £6 is alot but... I looked good! 😉 Great service here Not an easy job to keep up a smile and warm demeanor, but they do it Hopefully my second visit in a few hours goes as smoothly Five outta five!

  I would have given them 5 stars had it not been for the creep at the information office. My passport was processed professionally and promptly and I got it back in 4 hours but only to discover that the remaining 8 months on my old passport had not been added to the validity of the new passport. The very rude person at the information office declared that they were very busy upstairs to correct the mistake that day and that I should come back on Monday or keep the passport as it is. Having paid for a premium service I was not about to wait another three days! The staff at the information office must be trained to be courteous and honour the service paid for by the client and provided by his employer.
