  Totally Clueless support, waiting two month for certificate 3x A4 simple confirmation letter which requires maybe 2minutes of work with keyboard and they have even form with tick box ready to be send. Ridiculous phone support. Never delivering on time what they suppose to do.

  Completely and utterly useless idiots. Have no idea what they are doing at all. Always go over their own deadlines and have no motivation!
