::Staff are really helpful here, can always get through easily on the number provided!

::Utter feckless staff. "Lost" a large amount of money through their payment system by talking to someone. Constant computer failures, bugs and missed and dropped phone calls. Has resulted in me about to take a personal cheque to the Chancellor of the Exchequer by hand to Downing Street as this is the only way to deal with this dimbos.
Harry Macfarlane
::Tax refund they calculated for me was wrong, tried ringing up 10 times and always get told by stupid robots to go online, but I've tried online and it's just as useless as I click on 'webchat' and it redirects me to some other bullshite page. I even tried to say that someone had died just to get through to a HUMAN... still didn't work.... Just makes me wish I could dodge all tax....
Sam Barrett
::Biggest crooks in the country. Lost the will to live after dealing with their "time saving" automated service multiple times. Makes me wonder why I go to work.
