  The customer service in this shop has been consistently poor on the many occasions that I have visited to browse and to collect my online orders.

  I was utterly disgusted with the service that I received in this particular branch of Hobbs, I left feeling utterly humiliated from the treatment I received from a sales assistant after enquiring whether the store carried any larger sizes of the items I liked on the shop floor. Some training in customer service is definitely required.
