::Nice hotel, friendly staff, reasonably well kept and pretty good location with plenty of parking. Only downside for me was my room service pizza coming lukewarm

::We arrived and were met at reception by a trainee named Maria who had a great sense of humour and made us feel very welcome. The room was nice and big with the bathroom being pretty clean apart from a couple of things. Rather annoyingly, our tv was not working. The bed was very comfortable with a good selection of pillows with me and my girlfriend getting a great nights sleep. We went for a swim in the morning and saw that the pool area was extremely clean. Must say, the prices of food and soft drink were unreasonable. We would stay here again.

::Great welcome from reception, very helpful and great knowledge of all the facilities of the hotel. Room was spotless. Shower however was terrible in room 133 trickles of water coming out. Breakfast was average. Gym facilities great and location of hotel and bus routes brilliant.

::Really enjoyed our stay with one child here. Room was quiet at night, breakfast was lovely and it's an easy bus ride into the city. Staff were helpful and it's literally next to the zoo. Highly recommended.

::Beds are comfy and room size is good for 2 travellers. Bathroom shower was a bit short for me, and slightly dated, but clean and good water pressure. Housekeeping and front desk staff were very helpful & friendly. Good location with bus stops right out the front of the hotel leading direct to Princes St (city centre) and the Airport. Being right next to the zoo, I expected to be awoken by the animals or people in the car park, but couldn't hear anything unless the window was opened.
