  Well priced for its location. Beds comfortable and rooms clean, but could definately do with a refurb. Breakfast included in rate and reasonable quality. Staff very friendly and helpful. About 7 minutes walk from Westfield. Would stay again

  The hotel was nice and the staff helpful... the room was basic, but there where no power pound near my bed... the Wi-Fi only worked when I had my laptop on the bed... the breakfast was good and there where plenty of options.... I would stay in this hotel again

  Service is great. Rooms are very small. Breakfast is decent. The hotel restaurant isn't anything to brag about.

  First weekend away for me and my partner. Staff could not do enough to help on arrival and made me aware they were only a telephone call or a pop down to reception away. Our room was massive and comfy. Best night sleep I ever had. Quick 2 stops on a bus away from Westfield Stratford. Breakfast was lovely for the 2 days we had it. Selection of contential and cereals and fruit. Beans were so nice. Scrambled egg slightly watery. 2nd night we ordered food and brought it to our room and it was delightful and pleasant. Free newspapers and magazines. Free tea and coffee in the room. Returning in May!

  Nice hotel in a good location. Clean and comfortable. Was a bit of external noise coming from cars and air con generators. The breakfast was nice but the coffee was poor. There is also a Tesco nearby which is handy.
