  Rooms are very clean and spacious, the bar and restaurant are clean and modern. It would be nice if it was more accessible by foot but it isn't too much of an issue.

  We had 2 double rooms for a night and had a good stay. We rested well, used the pool, jacuzzi and sauna, and a hearty breakfast. The receptionist lady and the chef were very professional. The only downside was the third bed wasnt made when we check in at 5pm. We waited a bit desperate for dinner, then interrupt the housekeeper at opposite room to do ours. she got a bit annoyed by this and by us disregard her request to "just go and not wait", she forgot to replenish the shower gel as we requested.

  Good location, right in the centre. Room was a little dated but very clean and comfortable. Very helpful, friendly staff. Would stay again.

  A nice hotel, located a 10 minute walk from the centre of Leicester in the A47. Parking adjacent to the hotel and £10 for 24 hours. We checked out and was able to leave the car all day whilst we went shopping. The bar area is limited at the moment due to refurbishment but not a problem, and no noise. Rooms are clean and tidy, staff are friendly and helpful.

  Went to meet my parents for the evening. Some difficulty oçcured when trying to access the hotel as it is situated in the centre of a busy roundabout. Once in, staff were nice and welcoming and easily found my way to the elevator. Went up to my parents room in which they were staying in a suite. The suite was extremely clean and was a nice space to relax in before going to the bar. When arriving at the bar, kind staff once again welcomed us and happily served us drinks. They were a fair price and presented in nice clean glasses as you'd expect. Definitely would recommend this hotel to others due to the kind staff and nice rooms.
