::Would give -5 if I could for the appalling service and disgusting attitude by a manager on duty (Roman I believe was the name!) Had to get off the motorway with an emergency with my baby who is only a few months old. The next quickest stop was their car park and asked if I could use it for 10mins while I calm my baby down. I was told I have to pay. I explained the situation and that I am alone with the baby who is in an uncontrollable state, it's freezing and raining and your nearest pay machine is out of order. I was rudely refused and told to walk in the rain with the baby to the far end of the car park to pay few quid for 10mins of using the car park. As a stressed parent, I only needed to hear some kind words & bit of support. Well done - great Holiday Inn values displayed! Gives me great confidence in the brand...especially coming from management!!

::Very comfortable room however the view was awful. There wasn't much of a selection for breakfast but the food was good nonetheless. The shuttle service from the hotel to the tube station (and return) was very convenient but if you decide to walk its only 15 minutes away. Brent Cross Station is only a few stops from Euston for those who are travelling by train or are trying to catch other tube into the city. The car park was decently priced, especially considering its in London (£12 a day).

::OK hotel, not the worst holiday inn but not the best. Whole hotel could do with a refurb, stained carpets, worn furniture, outdated bathrooms. Staff are polite and friendly but could do with a bit more training, a happy smile doesn't make a poorly mixed drink taste better. Breakfast again not terrible but below standard of other holiday inns.Location OK for Brent Cross but it's a bit bleak. Fine for work, wouldn't go there for leisure.

::Nice clean comfortable hotel. Its part of a chain so somewhat governed by what it can provide. In my opinion it is a comfortable Hotel offering home comforts. The beds and bedding were top quality as was the coffee , tea and milk provided in the rooms. In the room was coffee and tea making facilities, hairdryer, writing desk/ dressing table with a large mirror and an eletric point nearby . The room also had a full length mirror and an easy chair. It was a good size room. The bathroom was en suite with a full bath ,shower , toilet and wash hand basin. Food was good quality with plenty of choice. Self service so eat as much as you like. Catered well for vegetarians. The only draw back was the bar tariff. £3 for a pint of diet coke and £6 for a jack Daniels and coke but you will pay this in any city hotel. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back.
