  Stopped for a coffee and lunch. Some of the nicest most helpful staff I have met. Plus a thoughtful 'thought of the day's on the board as you enter. The staff are a real credit to the company. Recommend they are cloned worldwide!

  Uno de los más raros hoteles en los que estado. Para nosotros, mexicanos, estuvo caríiiisimo, pero nos quedamos ahí por una emergencia. El bufet está chistoso, pero seguro es lo común en Londres
