  Stayed here for a week while we visited a sick relative. The Hotel is really clean and the food is good, but the thing that lets the place down is the staff. Trust me, if you stay here you will find that the only person that smiles is the “receptionist”. From the room cleaners to the bar staff no-one will greet you with a smile and a polite “Good Morning” etc. One more thing that you should quickly see if you stay here is the number of signs that say “Sorry, not in Service” from lifts, beer taps, coffee machines etc. We counted as many as five signs in one day. One more thing to keep in mind is that they add “10%” service charge in the restaurant, the food is good, but the service is slow.

  Not massively high expectations checking in something comfortable and functional was all I was expecting/ needed as travelling for business. Pleasantly surprised with the leisure centre. Used the pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna all of which were clean and an added bonus. Room was fine bed and pillows good only issue was there was adjoining room and even though they weren't particularly noisy I could hear more than I wanted and at times it was a distraction while trying to fall asleep. Breakfast was as expected no complaints at all had everything I wanted and no issues with quality. Located near sutton train starion and 5 min walking distance of many places to eat and drink. Overall was happy with 3 night stay.

  The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast had a good variety of options and was well staffed. It is a short walk to several local pubs, shopping, and the train station. My only complaint is that one elevator was out of order during my seven day stay and the up call button was not always working on the ground floor for the remaining elevator.

  We really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn at Sutton. The bedroom was of a good size and comfortable. We had a drink and sandwich at the bar with quick service and a good standard of food for lunch. However breakfast on Saturday 14th April was chaotic with a wait for milk, glasses water! Which were not on the table!! There seemed to be a lack of sufficient staff and this with the breakfast restaurant only half full.

  Got the most amazing room I have ever stayed in ,was huge (corner room) with fantastic views of London. Very good breakfast buffet included in price. Restaurant spotlessly clean and hotel staff extremely friendly. Added bonus of free pool,spa and gym which was fantastic especially the jacuzzi. Left hotel feeling very refreshed and relaxed.
