::Great overnight business stay. Usual friendly staff on front desk. Gym & pool great as always, and food in restaurant at the same level as a city restaurant. Can't go wrong 👍

::For an overnight stay it was very good. It was clean, the bedding was spotless and the food was lovely. My only gripe was the toilet rolls, they were discusting. There was so many holes in them we haven't stopped laughing. Talk about economising!!.

::Great staff and fantastic food, great pool and room OK not the best I've stayed in but it was only for sleeping.

::Good holiday inn. Get what you expect. All facilities decent and there's a small pool and gym. Breakfast is distinctly average as you can taste the ingredients aren't the best (although the mini hash browns were great!)

::I feel guilty for dropping the rating with such helpful and pleasant front-of-house and restaurant staff, but the facilities themselves are terrible. I've complained about the windows not closing properly (defeating the heating, and allowing the substantial road noise to disturb sleep) some months ago, but nothing was ever done. The staff kindly moved me to rooms overlooking the car park, rather than the road. One of main reasons I used to stay here was the air conditioning / climate control. Since November though it stopped working in (apparently) the entire block. The maintenance guy failed to fix it but said he did - it was only when I invites a duty manager to have look they realised there was a fault. Three weeks after that it still wasn't fixed. Such a shame that the facilities management is so shambolic.
