  Lovely hotel and surroundings. Nice and relaxed. Restaurant a tad pricey but probably what you would expect from such a place

  I visited the hotel on a spa day with my partner. We were welcomed at the leisure reception and told about the facilities that we could use. The service was friendly and professional. We used the gym which had modern equipment and was clean. The changing facilities and the lockers were also modern and clean. The pool area was a little dated with some stains on the walls. The jacuzzi wasn't bubbling and we were not told about this. We had lunch in the zest restaurant which was good quality for a hotel, the waiter here was also friendly and polite.

  Très joli cadre extérieur avec le parc et l'architecture du '' manoir''. Les chambres sont propres et cosy. On y retrouve les standards des hôtels anglais qui donnent un look typique au bâtiment ou on peut trouver cela désuet (mitigeur de douche et évier à l' ancienne). Un cadre idyllique pour y faire sa réception de mariage.

  Nice enough place, but don't trust much of the info on their site. No min fridges, the one restaurant is only open on friday/Saturday but you can make reservations for it on the website for most day. Staff were a mix of helpful and clueless. Ice machine was broken for the entire week. Found a broken pint glass in the smoking area the 1st morning and told the front desk, no one cleaned it up. Place looks nice but that is about it. Can hear people in other rooms pretty clearly.

  Booked a spa day. Hotel grounds are beautiful. On arrival hotel receptionist was helpful and guided us to the leisure area. Staff at the reception in the leisure were very accommodating and helpful. Massage and facial was amazing so was the therapists. Pool area was a bit of a letdown as there were swimming lessons going on and hot tub was a bit overcrowded. Sauna and steam was average sized.
