  The man etisham shah is a thug! If you want to be left scared and intimidated go there! Avoid like the plague. He can only try to hit women and be aggressive towards them. The women beater! They need to be taught how to serve their customers!! The manager she is another ill mannered person!! She will always take her colleagues side even when they are in the wrong! To protect their ‘reputation’ if you want an evening of feeling degraded go there!

  Great place for all ages to hang out and have fun. Accessible to handicapped people. Friendly staff, reasonable price.

  Great place for kids. Recommend booking a lane for bowling rather than turning up. Pool hall, bar and arcades. Lots to keep everyone entertained

  I absolutely love this place. Even though, be careful as it's really good place to be with your family, you might spend a lot of money by just trying to play all the games there! The food however is slightly overpriced. You'll enjoy the atmosphere there guaranteed.

  The place is kinda cool but we went in half term and there were only 2 staff on the tills and the card machine wasn't working. I expect it to be busy at half term, that's not my issue. But management should also expect it to be busy and ensure there are enough staff to deal with customers in a timely manner. We then had a problem with the pins resetting and after 3 people attempting to fix it, one person still ended up missing a go. Not the end of the world, but again not fantastic. Snacks are decent and milkshakes were delicious! Bar had a decent alcoholic drinks selection too. Overall fun but not well enough staffed.
