::Deputy manager could only quote terms and conditions and had zero communication skills. Australian ‘manager’ (with zero personality) couldn’t make a management call and we now have to wait for a call from the GM Emma. We booked bowling for 20 people, were told on the phone when booking we would only need to pay for how many actually bowled. Paid £200 upfront, 17 bowled spent over £300 at the bar but they wouldn’t refund us £30 for over booking. We asked for the overspend to be compensated at the bar on our next round but the manager on duty wouldn’t have any of it. 17 bowlers that had a good night but totally ruined by an incompetent duty manager with no people skills. Would not recommend and will not be back.

::Enjoyed my night out bowling with friends. But I would advise not calling them as they charge ridiculous amount per minute. Just noticed approx £10 added to my phone bill from calling to book a couple of lanes for 13 of us. Especially as they keep you on hold for at least 5-10 mins. We probably spent over £500 on games and drinks etc as well.

::Easter school break I took my 3 nieces, whilst they enjoyed themselves, I am not so happy about prices £50 for an hours entertainment seemed a bit steep and that doesn't include the price of the drinks which their mother thankfully bought. Surely a place like this should be doing more for families and encouraging them to return. Customer loyalty should be encouraged in order to get people to return. The lanes were fast and well polished so that's a good point

::A awesome place for a perfect evening. Along with bowling which is a min attraction , there are games for kids as well. Snooker is also there. Even you have a lot of parking available as well all the time. Area is quite lighting through out night and even you have a subway station next to it in case you want to travel around. Near by you have world Buffet as well which is having a good appetizer place

::Great service. Clean and well taken care of lanes and equipment. We went on a Sunday afternoon and the lights and music were really going. A little too much for me, but I'm middle aged. The kids were having a great time. I prefer this alley to the one at Braehead.
