  Always tidy and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Car park is needing done due to lots of pot holes.

  I normally shop at home bargains which is great for the price of the food and quality HOWEVER the staff in this shop make it almost unbearable to even shop here. On countless occasions the staff are stood in groups in the middle of the aisles making a ruckus about their nights out, eating or bickering amongst each other. I have witnessed two members of staff having an argument shouting at each other from different sides of the stores. TODAY there were two members of staff stood at the end of an aisle opening bags of crisps and offering them to other workers who passed by! There was also only two tills on with queues that filled the aisles. A lady on check out requested FOUR TIMES for all available till staff to come to the tills and was ignored and then at a final attempt specifically asked for a 'Claire' to come to the tills which was also ignored. I ended up having to dump my shopping and leave as I am eight months pregnant and could no longer carry it. I was not the only person in the store who was clearly stressed and frustrated by the shambles of a work force you hire here. There is always something day in, day out when it comes to this store. The staff clearly don't have a care in the world for their work and it reflects poorly on this store.
