  Home Hub Southampton are awesome! Sarah and John and everyone else, whether sales or lettings they work really hard and produce results every time. John is the best sales person I've ever seen!

  HomeHub have been incredible through the purchase of my property. They were always available to talk through any question I had and were extremely lovely and helpful. Will, Sarah & the rest of the team made the purchase really easy! Would highly reccomend these guys!

  If I could give negative stars I would. As a proactive tenant I found them frustrating at best and rude at worst. The house we let was not in the condition promised to us when we moved in. On top of this we found that the thermostat was broken on move in day and we had to report the problem for months before someone was sent out. It was agreed that it needed a new part and that someone would come and fit it at the beginning of Dec. We are still waiting for the new part to be fitted with no news and no answer when we try and ring, email or use the online system. Can't say I would ever rent a property with home hub again if I have the choice...

  Great staff with quick responses on all email inquiries. The referencing and ID checks were all done on a brilliant system online so no trips to the office. Great estate agent to go through though the flat on take over was very dirty. This however is being rectified.
