  Two girls Jess and Collette in the kitchen and bathroom department very helpful. Very knowlegable on the kitchens. Excellent service.

  I found the paint range awful, they were really short staffed so no help available, prices were really high and the range of painting supplies were laughable. I returned most of what was bought (1 good point) and went to B&Q in Llansamlett.

  Visited the swansea store today . Very unhelpful staff . Inquired about an offer that was advertised on television for a full bathroom sweat . Her reply was that's not here it's online only . Her attitude was shocking she dismissed us totally . Asked for a price on a bath was told I haven't got a clue . So I asked what's the name of the bath so I could look on line again her reply was I don't know . I wanted to buy a full bathroom and kitchen after my experience today I will take my business and future business else where. Only leaving a 1 star rating as it was easy parking.

  Went to the Swanseastore today wanting some plants for outside the front door. Hannah, in the garden centre couldn't be more helpful, suggesting plants and even in the pouring rain joining me to choose a suitable pot. So impressed and thankful. Way to go Hannah and the girl at the till was also helpful and welcoming.
