  Very good, and friendly staff, but the rental flat had both damp and rodent problems. Repainting the flat as a result of the black mould (and some scuffs, which I acknowledged) was my responsibility. The very first time in nearly 10 years of renting that I have ever had a problem upon final inspection. I was given the number of their contractor, but chose to do it privately. Worth saying again though how pleasant the staff, P and T, were; professional and friendly at every contact. In defence of this company, the flat was reasonably priced. If I were just rating the staff there would be more stars, but the overall experience in the property was quite bad.

  We used Homesabout to sell our property in late 2009 and we were very pleased with the level of support and customer service they gave us.
