::Don’t ever sign up. It’s a stink place. Once you walked down to reception area, you will never get rid of the bad smell. It’s disgusting inside the hot yoga room. The female Indian trainer is also horrible

::High prices, incredibly low standards. Really terrible. I went here today after doing the 30 day and 60 day challenge here a few years ago. After a long break from this studio I was so shocked at the standards. Firstly prices have gone up to £20 a class so you would think they'd use the extra margin to actually make positive changes. But no, they seem have made it worse. The changing rooms STINK of mildew and were not clean - hair on the floor, stank bad, showers filthy - the soap was empty and loo filthy. The lockers are TINY so you just fit one gym bag in it. You also need to buy a lock, no way they could lend you one, so that's an extra £5 for a poxy lock cause they won't invest in electronic lockers like most high-cost studios. There was no plastic bags for wet kit. Basic stuff just not catered for. The studio itself was fine, but the class was barely a quarter full (people have obviously cottoned-on to the terrible hygiene and general ropy facilities) and the female teacher jokingly told the only new male student to not play with himself as we went into Locust pose. It was highly inappropriate and just because the teacher was female doesn't make it OK. Were roles reversed that wouldn't be acceptable. Equally with a class that small you would expect the odd correction, but she just went through the motions. In conclusion this is the worst Bikram studio I've ever been to. Since management has changed it has become unrecognisable and urge nobody to part with their money to attend.

::A truly disgusting place. Do not visit! Have practiced yoga for years and I've never had to request for a refund of a class due to the awful experience - & I was promptly declined. The changing rooms/studio stink and the place is overcrowded. Try Globe House yoga around corner for a excellent yoga class.

::The Sweat Society HIIT classes have become part of my daily routine, working hard and training as a team. Start your day off the right way or if early mornings are not for you there are many other classes throughout the day including the fabulous hot yoga, it is definitely worth checking out!! Highly recommended if you are looking for a friendly and fun way of getting in to shape!!

::After trying the intro offer here and being a fan of yoga I would not recommend this place. I rate it two stars because there staff are really nice and the studio offers a wide range of classes at convenient times for working professionals. However, the atmosphere is really stuffy, VERY smelly and some instructors turn the heat up way too high, with little or no ventilation. I don't think this is healthy, especially in a basement space; I've felt constantly on the verge of heat exhaustion here and I don't think this is what yoga should be about. The changing rooms are also quite small and crowded with not enough benches for changing on. Having tried a variety of classes here, I feel a lot of them are quite crowded. The space is big enough but they do cramp as many people as they can physically get into the space, so it's not a great atmosphere. Overall great value for money for the intro deal if you decide to go regularly but be prepared. I found myself struggling to build up motivation to go until my membership ran out because of the conditions.
