  Booked via third party and within 1 hours arrival check in was smooth and quick. Staff are friendly and very welcoming. Room is basic - comfy bed, power shower, air con and flat screen tv however no kettle facility. All that you need for a quick stopover. Breakfast continental is only £5.50 per person or a bacon breakfast roll for £3.50. There is food ordering available on site such as pizza and other quick bites. Easy access to the M4 and city centre.

  The rooms were very small. Tea and coffee were free however only during certain times. For example, between 6am-midday, hot drinks for free were not available during breakfast hours, unless you have paid for the continental breakfast. The car park is very small and a few times we had to park in disabled, only to then be later told to move our car to a different spot once another car had left. Staff were really friendly.

  A good, comfortable, clean, basic standard hotel. The beds are very comfortable and supportive, hygiene appears very good. There are NO facilities, such as kettles or tea/coffee on the room, which is very spartan in its furnishing ( no easy chairs for example) -anybody staying any length of time might find this lack of comfort an imposition. However, as a "stopover" - which is how we used it, I believe it supplies an excellent service at a competitive price point. We were originally concerned about the proximity to the motorway (the horribly busy M4) but this didn't prove to be an issue. Rooms were quiet and our sleep undisturbed. There is a small, very utilitarian dining area in the entrance which serves a continental breakfast with tea/coffee and juices at a rather stiff £5.50 per person. This is adequate, but (I feel) a little expensive. Otherwise, a highly recommended basic night's digs when travelling.

  Budget accommodation at a great price, breakfast is extra (£5.50 p/p) but you don't mind when the room is cheap. Good nights sleep with easy access from M4 and free parking, friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend if you're on a budget.

  We were not that happy with our room in terms of size very small , we also had a bunk bed above us, very inconvenient. However I clicked the review button to express how impressed we were with the staff. Absolutely marvelous and very friendly. Irene, Boris and Loretta need special mentioned for their helpful and and efficient service. They are a credit to their company. On a last note a hot breakfast would have been most appreciated
