  Lovely rooms, very clean and looked after. Fantastic staff and great breakfast, why this hotel is only 2 star I'll never know! Definitely will be back.

  Nice hotel excellent position for us. Quite friendly staff. Could do with a later bar if you fancy that late night cap. Rooms where clean and presentable.

  The hotel was easy to find, some 15 minutes walk from Leeds railway station. Check-in was easy but I don't like they way they have changed how you check-in, using mobile phones instead of old way. The room was a reasonable size and as I was on the tenth floor little in the way of road noise. My dinner was three courses and came to less than £20 and satisfied with the service and the quality of the cooking - with the exception of the chips which were soggy and limp. Breakfast was included in the price and you do get a decent variety and quite nice however I do think they should use better quality bacon. Easy to change the temperature in the room and liked the pillows and bed.
