  Okay location, not right in the centre but close enough and lovely view over the park. Very friendly receptionist checked us in 1 hour early. Room is contemporary with a lovely big shower room, comfy bed. Good amenities: coffee, tea, shower gel. Good selection of room service meal makes ibis better than premier inn.

  Cheap hotel with city centre location. Stayed for 1 night. Room was clean, well equipped and quiet. Had a good night's sleep although the mattress was a little hard and woke up with back ache!. Didn't have breakfast as £8.50 for the usual basic hotel fare (microwaved sausages etc.). Wetherspoons

  Really comfortable bed. Quiet room. Fantastic shower. Good service. 4 star rather than 5 star only because the food is no great shakes. I always look for an Ibis though when I travel.

  Staff excellent, very friendly and helpful. Room a good size, fairly clean but not spotless. A few repairs that haven't been done brilliantly. Difficult to keep room cool due to noisy location preventing leaving windows open. Closed windows fairly soundproofed though. Breakfast okay but nothing special.

  Have stayed here several times, very good value hotel. Looks like it's recently been redecorated, has a nice bright and airy feel. Rooms compact but no lower in standard than you get in pricier hotels. Can't do better in Sheffield value-wise.
