  Lovely location only thought is we didn't realise it didn't have some lift and as we were on he you floor our bags were kindly taken to our room. Had dinner which was really tasty. Lovely night there well rested. Would recommend.

  Overall good experience. Big room with double bed. No cleanliness issues. Good staff with 24/7 service i guess. Nothing can beat the complimentary breakfast.

  It was an amazing experience at ibis croydon. I have stayed with my partner. It was quick check in and had our room keys to relax after long journey. Room and toilet was spotless. After freshen up ourselves we came down at the bar and enjoyed our dinner. We always stay at ibis on different places and we enjoy the buffet breakfast. All the staff was very helpful. Whenever i come to london i will definitely stay again to enjoy the amazing service.

  It's a contractor's hotel, but you couldn't knock it, my room was clean, the bathroom spotless, it was warm, quiet, no cooked breakfast, but a good range of cereals. The rooms are cheap, don't forget £7 extra for overnight parking though. I'd happily go back.

  It was a nice and cosy place to stay during our holiday. The location of the hotel is good. Breakfast is tasty but not really an English breakfast. Just a good and basic meal to start your day. The room was good and clean. Sleeping was no problem since the bed slept nice.
