  Good location close to the airport. Restaurant is good, service was good. Room was small but adequate. Not much in the area so unless it is a stop over closer to London would be better.

  While we did not stay here, I wanted to write a review because I was very impressed with the staff while we waited on my husband to get our car from Heathrow. I was waiting with my son and was pleasantly surprised to find they have a kids play corner in the lobby. The restrooms were sparkling clean and the breakfast smelled amazing. Delicious illy coffee and very courteous staff. It's been years since I've stayed at a Novotel, but this one feels so clean and relaxing I think we will stay here next time!

  Great new hotel. Enthusiastic and helpful staff, but no concierge. Good well lit room and large restaurant with a choice of dinner from the buffet or a pub like a la carte menu. Full bar with a reasonable wine list. Seating choices vary between booths, lounges and tables and chairs Full table service. Taxi price from hotel to terminal 2 was £12

  Once I found the property, it was awesome. Open less than a month, the decor is chic and contemporary. Fresh helpful employees. Very comfortable room with the amenities I needed. Highly recommend staying here as it's convenient to Heathrow.

  Lovely hotel - new and fresh notwithstanding parts of it are still not quite finished but soon will be. The Ladies on the front desk were lovely and took obvious pride in the place and their service. Room was spacious, well decorated and comfortable. Bed is a queen - very firm compared to European hotel beds. The hotel is about a 15 - 20 minute taxi ride from Heathrow. Try it I don’t think you would be disappointed. Not sure what the shopping in the area is like as we are only transiting. A short taxi ride will no doubt take you to areas nearby.
