  I am very disappointed with the service after purchasing a ladies Barbour jacket. The assistant watched me try several jackets on before even attempting to help, then passed me a jacket still on it's hangers and done up. No help what so ever. I will be taking my costume else where. Good job I'm not the under cover boss.

  I rang customer service today at 15.20 to ask for some help and lady I spoke to was very rude and abrupt - not the type of service o would expect from house of Fraser

  i dont think its right how u go in to a shop and how you are dressed i went in to this shop and because i was wearing a huddy nd track suit bottoms the secerty followed me around the shop and when i ask the security how comes thay are following me his reply was because i look doggy and when i said to him i was looking at things for my dad and then the securty gard got right up to my face for no reson because i was not shouting at him or raseing my arms to him so i think its disrespect how thay can judge me from how i was dressed the shop is so bang out of order and i think am going take this matter to the manager of the shop not happy with how i was treated

  I couldn't of asked for a better experience from the ladies who helped me at the Mulberry stand, two were off the beauty section and one lady who worked at mulberry, so kind, lovely and chatty, I was buying my first bag from here and they made it easier for me, also making me alot happier with my decision, so a big shout out to all three of them!
