::Absolutely wonderful staff - a member waiting on each level to assist if required. I booked something for collection, and made my way to the top floor - mistakenly went to the wrong till at first but they politely directed me to the right place and offered to help me with what I was carrying at the time. The lady at the collection desk was excellent, friendly and personable rather than robotic. The machine she was using wasn't working properly so she went out of her way to make sure there was no delay despite technology failing us. Definitely made me want to come back!

::I visited here today for a colour match foundation and was served by a very pleasant man from the dior section could not have made me and my daughter feel any more welcome would highly recommend this store and there staff

::came here whilst on a lunch break and made staff at the till aware i was in a rush.. ended up getting signed up for a reward card which took forever with two junior store assistants loitering over me whilst i did it not to mention i was left to a trainee (hey we all got to start somewhere but sometimes when customers need to be quick it would be better to assist them with this!).. Left my bank card in the machine and when i came back not only was it still there but no staff were manning said counter as they were all huddled having a chinwag. Asked a young lad a question whilst in there (prior to paying) and the response was almost like i should of known the answer with attitude oozing off his tongue as if my mere inquiry had inconvenienced him to the utmost!) Doubtful if i will return and for the amount you spend, would be nice to have some actual customer service!!
