  Poor customer service! Incompetent, rude staff. I was told to wait 30 mins to withdraw cash. When I was finally seen, Umara left to speak to her colleague and kept mentioning I’m going to do a uar . I don’t know the meaning of this??? I will be taking the bank to the financial ombudsman as they continue asking questions which are not necessary and make me feel isolated and guilty of something. I’m transferring bank to RBS. Good Riddance!!!!

  Popped in today on a busy Saturday with a query. Yes slight wait but on the whole very pleased with the service, in particular Brad who served us who was most helpful and pleasant.

  Helpful staff and ample banking machines to get statements/deposit cheques etc.

  For one of the busiest branches in the Country. It is as good as it can be with friendly staff that are always happy to help their customers. HSBC Internationally really great banking.👍😊👌💰🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧

  HSBC are the biggest waste of time. So glad I don’t bank with them. DON’T GET A MORTAGE FROM HSBC! Worst Provider and there lack of Communication is ridiculous! There people on the phone are a complete Joke!! You will be running around just trying to speak to someone who knows something and then they can’t do nothing. I can’t say it enough WASTE OF TIME!
