::CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SOOO POOR SELF PAY IN MACHINE IN THE STRAND BRANCH AND SO BAD. IN THIS WORLD TODAY, ANYTHING TITLE MACHINE CAN BRAKE. SO IVE GOT £190 TO PAY IN. I PUT IN £40 FIRST AND IT SHOWS £40 ON THE MACHINE. I THEN PUT IN £150. IT SHOWS £150 ADDED AND THEN I CLICK FINISH AND MY RESULT SHOWS £150. HAVE NO IDEA WHERE THE £40 WENT. WAITED 15 MINS TO SPEAK TO A AGENT. SHE TOTALITY SHUT ME DOWN AND SPOKE TO ME LIKE I WAS SOME KID. SHE ALSO SAID THE MACHINE ARE WORKING FINE, THEIR NEVER IS A PROBLEM. IN A LINE OF 7 PEOPLE THIS LADY CANT HANDLE THE PRESSURE, SO I WAS CALM AND WALK OUT AND SAID I WILL BE BACK TOMORROW TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. ??
