  HSBC going down hill with all there branches closing down. I struggle to find a branch locally now. Have been with HSBC since 1994. But have now departed to other banks whereby services I find more helpful and branches everywhere...

  booked a meeting to open another business account, phoned up to check what details i need to bring, but no appointment has been booked what a joke, my business partner is flying in from Malaga cant cancel flights. my advise to you all don't open any business account with HSBC they are a joke.

  Small branch with all you need. Staff very helpful providing suggestions I would have not know otherwise.

  Very helpful staff. They care too much about your time. They ask upfront how much time do you have and try to serve you as fast as possible. Opening an account was as smooth as I wanted it to be. All my questions were answered clearly and professionally. Highly recommended.
