::Crazy bad customer service! Went in to open a new account. Stood there for at least 5 minutes with my husband and baby. There were 4 members of staff and not one of them acknowledged us even though we were stood at the counter. They were literally stood on the other side of the glass! We were the only customers in there. Ridiculous! We ended up walking out!
