::worst bank you'll ever have misfortune to deal with, waiting over 2 months for a mortgage decision, probably going to lose the house now because of HSBC. Whatever you do, don’t be tempted by their good rates, it’s really not worth the hassle. Also they will charge you £300 conveyancing fees even if you have your own solicitor!
