  Open times online say until 6, get to the store at 5.30 after travelling half hour and it had closed at 5 for reduced opening hours over August. Absolute Joke!!! Keep the website updated and stop wasting people's time!

  I had experiencing more and more email from some body who says that are from HSBC bank congratulating me that i won a huge money from lottery play and the fund deposited in HSBC bank so they need some clearance fund from me to release that price they made an ATM VISA CARD for me so that i can use any where .but i felt cheated otherwise the bank can confirm this if it is true look attachment card below.

  Had an appointment to upgrade my account to advance and was supposed to get a new debit card. I asked specifically what is the fastest way to get it, as I just reported my current one lost and I need it as quickly as possible. I was advised to get it in their branch, thus I agreed. Guess what - apparently it has been sent to the branch in Chester (God knows why?) It has been almost 3 weeks since my appointment and it was only few days ago when I realized that and only after I called them on the phone with the usual 20 minutes waiting time. Nobody would bother to call or e-mail me of where my card is. It's horrendous!

  The service was perfect. I wanted to open bank account. It took me approximately half an hour even without an appointment. The staff was really polite and friendly.
