  Well what can I say! From an excellent product range to staff that clearly know there A stars from their E stars when it can to the washing machine ratings! Never before have I went as enthused as I was about white goods as I was today..

  Called in for a dryer, dishwasher, vacuum and sound bar. Great range of all products we were looking for and fantastic product knowledge from Carl! Left with all the items we needed, all within budget and he sorted a deal for our package. Carl sorted all the deliveries and installations where required within a few days! I hate shopping and found this a very relaxing experience for something I was dreading! Will definitely use them again! Good work Hughes and Carl.

  Credit due where credits due, after recently visiting the hall rd store. I was pleased with the overall service & knowledge, but many thanks to Selena for her kind service & Carl the shop floor manager for sorting a competitive deal & being able to take home on the same day. Thanks again 👍🏻

  Great location, excellent store, we’re based in Pakefield so parking and the fact it’s on our side of Norwich is a big plus for us. Everything is well laid out and easy to find, with a good choice of the latest products. Super friendly and knowledgable staff, helpful without being intrusive, love the service. Great prices too :) we always recommend this place to people we know.

  Used Austin and Vicky to source electrical goods. Never try and “upsell”, answer all questions openly and honestly. Not had a bad experience yet. Very happy to recommend. Prices are competitive, service is great.
