  Absolute professional! We had a harder than normal time in selling and purchasing through no fault of Humberstones. They stuck with us all the way and I cannot praise them highly enough. Sue was fantastic in managing our sale and helping with the chase up of all parties involved.. along the way I do believe that we've made a friend. Thank you guys it's been a roller coaster but you got us there. Pity you I can't score you 10 stars.

  I have today completed on the sale of my house. I sold through Humberstones Bearwood office and the staff made the whole experience stress free. Their unending patience & support took away any stress that moving house brings with it. Iain Kendrick came to value our property and guided us through everything step by step we were kept regularly updated on viewings and the outcome of each one. Humberstones deserve this 5* rating and I just wanted to thank Iain personally for everything he has done by always being a phone call away and nothing being to much trouble. He chased our buyer when we were in danger of loosing the property we were purchasing enabling a smooth transition from start to finish. Thanks also go to Sue & Ian who were also fantastic. Well done Humberstones.

  Humberstones are the best agents in the area. They valued my house at a fair price and we almost got the asking price. The Sales team Sue and Natallie kept me informed at every stage. Thanks everyone.
