  Last resort shopping area. The car park has never been maintained. Lots of pot holes and unclear parking bays. Best thing about it is Argos and Greggs.

  All the shops are full of cheap tat. It's a reet hovel! It's definitely not an enjoyable shopping experience.

  Lots of great shops, but the car park is in a shocking condition and the only toilets are located in costa.

  Good range of shops from Argos to pets at home. There's a free car park as well.

  Not very happy was returning an item which wasn't performing as it should. Spoke to customer services on Saturday who advised me to return it. However assistant in store didn't believe me because I didn't have complaint number from customer services. She kept me waiting ages while she phoned customer services twice and then discussed it with management. I was made to feel like I was lying to her. Sorted in the end but wont be using Hylton retail park again.
