::Fantastic service from Kal today. We could only make it 40 minutes before closing time on a Sunday afternoon -- Kal took us on a test-drive of the fantastic IONIQ plug-in hybrid and then stayed after the dealership closed to provide us with all the information we needed. Thanks to Kal for going above and beyond the call of duty for us.

::Extremely friendly, down to earth service. I wanted to test drive one of their hybrid cars, and the person dealing with us wasn't initially available. The staff took the time to re-organise themselves and we got our test drive. No pushiness, no force selling - very good experience!

::We visited the Hyundai showroom at the end of 2017 as we needed a new car. The sales girl we spoke with was friendly and helpful, but we were not yet ready to buy. When we made an appointment to test drive the i10 in Jan 2018 we had a pushy salesman. We went in thinking we would buy, as the i10 was top of our list of potential cars. We didn't buy. The car we tried wasn't exactly right for us and the pushy salesman didn't let us properly explore our options. We just wanted to get out. Instead we went to the Toyota showroom, liked the Toyota Aygo, and as there was no pressure to buy, let the car sell itself. We are now happy owners of our second choice and Hyundai lost out.

::Didn't meet my expectations, I was better of searching online than visiting the showroom. Can get much better deals elsewhere. A friend encountered serious difficulties with this showroom and ended with litigation.

::I was pleased with Now Hyundai Sant Fe and would recommend them because the customer service I had from the sales representative, Dan Rusu was excellent. He made me feel at ease with all the options that were available as I pondered on whether or not to but a brand new car on finance or go ahead with the used car that I purchased. As we were there for quite a while he offered tea and coffee for us multiple times through out our visit. At no point did I feel pressured to buy a certain car from him or any other person at the site. I would definitely come back in the future when I decide to sell up and buy my next car and I will more than likely recommend this too my friends and family when they are looking to purchase a car. Thank you again for his outstanding customer care and service. Really recommend him.
