  Mr Ali, in regards to your refund. It was clearly stated to you in the returns process to include a RMA form or refunds maybe delayed. As a result of you returning a unit without the relevant document, this is the reason behind the delay. Its unfortunate that you experienced issues, we will look into this to ensure, we try to limit this happening again. Also, T&C clearly states that postage is non refundable if you wish to return a product. Postage refunds are given on initial payment but not to cover returns. This is also explained within the terms of the website. I am sorry you are disgruntled but if you had followed our terms and advise then this experience would not of occurred. In regards to your 'conning you' statement. I find that there is no substance to your comments, refund has been duly given. If you are referring to us not covering your postage to return the item then again, i refer you to the website to read the terms. This is something you should of done before ordering. Regards Rob

  Spediscono Autoradio con pezzi mancanti. Dialogare con loro è impossibile. Sono ottusi e incompetenti. Ho sprecato una settimana nel vano tentativo di far capire loro che non mi avevano mandato tutti i pezzi. Loro continuavano a ripetermi di rispedirgli i pezzi che non mi avevano mandato. Assurdo, veramente assurdo. In poche parole, dialogare con chi non ha la capacità di comprendere è tempo perso. Quindi, non perdete tempo ed evitateli.
