  I have been shopping here for 4 year since I moved into the borough, Great selection of items and very friendly staff. Ignore the nonsensical negative reviews. Now it has had a major refurbishment and even more helpful staff. Well done.

  One of my favourite places, offering a variety of excellent products at great prices, in addition to high quality professional customer service. The atmosphere is also warm and welcoming. I love it!

  Refurbished store opened this morning. BRILLIANT, but obviously PACKED. Glad to see there are NO self service tills !

  Terrible customer service and rudeness from a scruffy member of staff by the name of "Darrell" today. Was queueing at his checkout and he just left the till without saying anything, when he returned 5 mins later he told me to go to another till as he's closing after the next customer. I had to put all my shopping back and go to another checkout. Will not be shopping at this Iceland again.
