  I used I&N for passport photos today. Very happy with the fast-professional service and quality of the photos which were sharp with a pleasing colour balance. I was particularly impressed with the photographer who took the interest and care to check that I was happy with the photo before printing it. A very happy customer.

  Went to get passport photos. It's the same price as a machine and a lot friendlier! The lady who helped me this afternoon was very helpful and lovely. Thank you!

  Once again great service. Pictures printed very quick. Staff even offered to put my pics into the frames I purchased in store. I really enjoy the experience when I visit the shop. Staff are so helpful and very friendly.

  Print my photos here all the time and have received nothing but friendly, helpful service! Great results and good prices as well as a huge selection of frames! Reliable and efficient, will definitely be back!

  I will not return here. I was shocked at the glum-faced and unhelpful staff in the shop. I noticed that when I read other reviews that this is not an unusual experience. The female counter staff member was particularly unhelpful, verging on the aggressive. I could have given them a significant amount of business but decided to buy the equipment to do the task I requested myself. (Hence saving money in the process.) Some significant staff training or change in personnel is needed. I should point out that I have never written a review like this for any business that I have had to deal with so it is with some regret that I have had to do so. I felt it necessary in order to warn potential customers.
