  Not very well organised and painfully slow when hiring a trailer. The trailer was perfectly good but getting it was such a drawn out process involving several forms of id and your NINO. Definitely not impressed.

  If it sounds too good to be true it is. I hired a motorbike trailer to pick up a present for my husband from London. Trailer looked all good from the off upon getting the ramp fitted there was bit of wobble to it. Completely unaware of the condition of the aluminium ramp we ( two blokes) proceeded to get the bike up the ramp at which point the whole ramp buckled and flung the bike off and twisted the ramp. Not a great start. I got charged £80 for a new ramp which with tools could get bent back. Ontop of it during booking i spent the rest of my cash on the £240 deposit which was promised to be refunded on returning the trailer, which they failed to mention it takes a while to clear causing me to become overdrawn and charged by my bank. Bloody harsh and completely disorganised. It is such a shame because I was hoping to become a regular.

  This branch has a complete lack of organisation, leading to terrible customer service.
