  We went on Boxing Day for the special boxing day menu. Great food, friendly staff and lovely atmosphere.

  Rooms are surprisingly roomy and both clean and tidy,, they obviously try to look after the customer,,,, the car park is adequate,, the area not so salubrious,, the meals are popular with locals looking for a safe and above market dining experience... Local facilities OK, not a refined atea of Manchester by any means!,,, the ' hotel' is good for the locale..... Worse places to stay....

  Nice comfortable bed and good shower. Bad nasty green light in ceiling which can't be turned of. Kept me awake. Horrible. Fabulous breakfast. Lovely poached egg on sour dough bread with beans. Chocolate croissant and plenty of tea. Heaven.
