    Beware of this company. Upon check in the staff couldn't be bothered to check the car with me. They just gave me paperworks which states existing damage. When I checked the car I saw many other little scratches. I took loads of photos. When returning the car at 8.30pm they were already closed even though they are advertised to open till 9pm. Again I took many photos of the car before dropping the key. Two days later I received a correspondence stating I have torn/damaged one of the wheels. I have read in other reviews that Interrent are known to make false tyre damage accusations (probably because it is the part of the car that people don't check). I emailed their customer service and refused to accept their accusation. I asked for proof of evidence. I was prepared to battle it against them because I had many photos. 1 week later I got a correspondence from them stating they don't have any proof and that they would withdraw their claim. Why on earth did they threaten to charge me in the first instance if they haven't got any proof? I have come to conclusion that it is there style to charge people with damages and if people don't complain or don't have enough evidence to go against them, then they win. So take many photos before and after or just go with another company. GreenMotion are also cheap but they are still honest.

    Intimadating and unprofessional. I've given one star as can't give 0. Tried to book at desk at Edinburgh airport. Total hard sell. When I refused to take their insurance and said I would try via the inter net, the manager told me he would block any such booking. Disgraceful. Surely there must be a regulator to complain too!

    Unbelievable shocking. I paid online for non limited mileage through another company. When I arrived to the airport I said I don't want insurance. The customer service said my car has limited mileage per day, I said no, because it is on the paper that I paid for non limited. She said the other company is lying, their cars are all limited. I know that I am going to drive long distances, that was why I chose unlimited mileage. The customer lady said if I want unlimited than I have to pay extra 40 pounds and later ask the other company about why did they said wrong. After my Holiday I tried to find out.The other company said the car had unlimited mileage and what I signed with Interrent was a package included non limited mileage, extra insurance, glass protection. Interrent said their customer service explain the charges to the customer and obtain confirmation signatures confirming the driver has read and understood those charges. And I signed so I can not get refund. I won't rent from them any more.

    Absolutely shocking customer service to point of actually being abrasive, important terms and conditions are not made obvious in the booking process and almost feels like an attempt to catch you out on purpose. Take your business elsewhere to the proper car rental companies such as Enterprise, Avis or Hertz. The last thing you want is to be dealing with these InterRent cowboys after a long flight. I'm only giving one star as it is not possible give none.

    Absolutely shocking service. Car was not the car we asked for and paid for online. And when we returned the car we did not receive our deposit back that had been a week now and still no sign of any deposit which may I add is £300. And guess what customer service have no phone number only email. So I email them and no response. 11 emails later and still no response. Will never use inter rent or Europe at ever again. Absolutely shocking company.
