  The address has been changed but it is not up to date on the official website yet. This consulate is normally helpful but you can pretty much do nothing from here and need to go either in London or Manchester. I've got my new ID from here but I've been asked to pay an extra 5 euros cash otherwise I couldn't collect the document- I've paid all I had to and no reason for this extra payment was given. Fishy
