  Used these people several years ago. Withheld my £350 deposit. Excuse given: " there was dust on the skirting boards". The flat was back in the window of their shop being advertised two weeks later as "newly decorated". Yes, with who's money? Stay clear.

  We had a poor service from Scott Robertson and when we complained we were faced with that's not true and I'm sure your mistaken. These people are very arrogant. We were told they would take 10% of rental and they actually want to take 20%! We had a commercial unit up for rent when I got a visit from a potential renter asking why I had refused him rental. I had no clue what was going on and he said he had made an offer of rental for the full asking price. I then phoned shepherd namely Scott to find out what happened and he said he was off and that he never had an offer from the potential tenant. The tenant sent me all the emails to Scott so already lies to me. My bank needed the information from Scott on the new tenant and he kept saying it was getting one, its being done today. He never actually contacted the bank. I did it all myself. The man at the bank was very shocked that Shepherd had done nothing. I even had to make my on lease agreement because the tenant wanted in and the bank wanted a copy. Now Shepherd are trying to bill us for a service they did not provide. Every step of they way they were unhelpful. I then called to say you have invoiced us in error as I was told when Scott handed off my spare key that we would not be billed further and that he apologizes for his mistakes. When I called I was put through to the person I complained to before Gerry McLuscky who was of that they had provided a good service and therefor we are liable to pay the invoice. I will now be contacting trading standards about this and my solicitor. Its a real shame about this because Shepherd came highly recommended. I would not recommend you use these people because they are rude and they don't do what they say they will and decide to bill you twice for the same thing.
