  Really lovely, friendly staff, who fixed my bike and got it back to me the same day. Really good value for money too.

  Fixed my gears promptly because I commute into work. Lovely, understanding service, for normal cycling people. Would definitely recommend.

  All great, many thanks to the team. I've had a few punctures recently and they've always been able to fix them in the day which is great. Everyone I speak to is always friendly and knowledgeable, often going beyond what's needed to fix the issue, as well as being transparent about how much any work will cost. The new puncture-resistant tyre is working well so far, fingers crossed :)

  Still my favourite bike shop in Bristol. Lovely friendly honest staff who genuinely want to help you and not just persuade you to part with your money unnecessarily. I went in to look for a more comfortable saddle and the guy straight away just made some adjustments to the position of my saddle and explained why it could be better to stick with the one I have rather than go for a more padded one. Feels better already!
