::Rented a property with them for over two years. No major problems with them until we moved out. They attempted to charge us over £100 for a cleaning charge even though the flat was spotless. Some of the points were for light dust and water marks on tap! Farcical. Especially as flat was poorly cleaned when moving in. Managed to claim part of it back through LPS. Wouldn't surprise me if they charge new tenant's an admin fee including a cleaning charge!
