  Strongly recommend avoiding Jarrett's. Whilst they were friendly and approachable on the phone, and gave a nice low quote, their organisational skills were shocking. We let them know by email we would accept the quote and follow up with details of dates and requirements. They then "pencilled us in" for Wednesday, but our follow up email detailed we were moving on Thursday. We then chased them by phone for 4 days to sort out a delivery of boxes (which their surveyor said they can do) but when I finally gave up on their shop number and called their emergency line, we found out that they actually don't do box deliveries and furthermore had not opened our email and booked the correct date. We were forced to go with another quote, from Alan Cook, who have been far more professional and helpful, for a very similar fee. In Jarrett's favour, once they realised their mistake, they attempted calling round other companies to get us moved etc but I had already secured my business elsewhere, hence 2 stars.

  Staff are a credit to the company, nothing was too much trouble, one of the best moving experiences I have had.

  Excellent - everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. My removal guys on the day were brilliant and it was a stress free move. I wouldn't consider anyone else to move with in the future and highly recommend Jarretts Removal

  Some of your drivers need a refresher course. Particularly the one in DS8120. I wouldn't trust him to drive a nail in a plank of wood, let alone a truck.
