  JCH installed my boiler four years ago, and they've just been round to service it for the first time (it was still in pristine condition - a quality product, properly installed). They also patched up my old boiler a few times. I've always found them fast, reliable, diligent, and friendly. Happy to recommend.

  Terrible experience with this company. Engineers were fine and knew what they were doing but customer service was dreadful. After engineers failed to solve our leaking boiler over two visits, company took over 2 weeks to arrange visit to fix issue even though they were informed 1 hour after the engineer had left that the boiler was still leaking. Then they wanted to charge us a £100 call out fee before they would return. Avoid at all costs.
