  Took staff 3 attempts to get a pair of shoes correct...waited half an hour. Not great.

  Very arrogant staff! They moved kids clothes upstairs and it’s very difficult to get there with a pram as they have very poor lift! I won’t come back unless they move kids back downstairs.

  So stupid and nonsense when they told I could not change the size of a present given to me. Just because it was 27th and they expected to be busy but they weren't.. It took 10 minutes for the store worker to tell me they couldn't, bizarre, stupid looking and unprofessional staff members.

  The WORST customer service ever and LIED about the refund policy!!!!!! I brought a pair of shoes and tried to refund it 30 mins after since I found a better deal. The cashier claimed that I wore the shoes because the bottom had some dust and refused to refund. She claimed that "It was completely clean when I sold them to you and now it is unsellable" but the shoes literally stay in the box for the whole time (like 30 mins) and I didn't touch them at all (and honestly, everyone tried them on in the store, how can they be PERFECTLY clean?!). So basically the cashier lied and tried to fool the customers from our right to get the refund?
